Everyone in the housing industry knows that the home builder community has an incredibly generous spirit.

And even now, when the industry is hurting more than it ever has before, home builders who are barely scraping by are still reaching out and helping families and individuals in need.

The NAHB staff wants to showcase this altruism, and share some of the stories of home builders’ charitable acts with the media and the public.

We are looking for projects that:

* Were completed in 2011 or are near completion
* Were initiated and conducted by NAHB members
* Have good-quality pictures to illustrate the stories
